Rates are per night plus taxes/fees and are applicable to an occupancy of four (4). To confirm a guaranteed room reservation, a deposit equal to one night's stay is required. A 14-day advance cancellation notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit. For holidays, a 30-day advance notice is required.

Stay in the tree-tops at UTE TRAIL which sleeps five with one king,two twins and a twin roll-away. The cabin features a master bedroom, guest room, laundry area and a stylish eat-in kitchen. The large wrap around deck is a perfect place to read, dine and entertain with a large BBQ and a peaceful forest view.

RENTAL POLICIES
Minimum of two nights stay. Some holidays require a 3-night stay.
Check-in After 3 p.m.
Check-out 10:00 a.m.
Additional guests are welcome at a rate of $15.00 per night with a maxiumum occupancy of six (6) for 'Cedar House', five (5) for 'Ute Trail'.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Your deposit serves as a security deposit and is billed in addition to rental fees at the time of reservation. Your deposit will be returned in full within 6 business days or less from your departure given that no property loss or damage occurs during your stay.
Outside camping and campfires, smoking inside the cabin, hunting or possession of wild game on the property are all strictly prohibited activities and cause for immediate termination of agreement.
